Any of these ends the relationship with no point ladder: DUI / DWI · DOT-positive or test refusal · leaving the scene · falsifying ELD / paper logs · Clearinghouse prohibited · theft · intentional damage · fighting / violence · unauthorized passenger in a crash.

How points come off
90 days with no new points = −1. 180 days with no new points = −1 more. Points cannot go below 0. Automatic-10 events never come off and never qualify for a bonus.
Paid on the first January pay cycle if (1) no points were added Jan 1–Dec 31, (2) still active Dec 31, and (3) full 12 months. Buying points back to zero does not count as a Clean Year. The $500 is a bonus, not wages, and may be changed or canceled with notice.
Late — still call
Late to the appointment on the rate con is 1 point, even if you call. Call Dispatch 484-773-6210 as soon as you know so it does not become a no-call / no-show (3 points, repeat in 60 days = out). Detention pay is separate from points.
